Elite: Dangerous can run in native 4K on Xbox One X

Xbox One 10 is almost here, and a number of developers have already appear exactly how their games will back up the new console. The latest to do and then is Frontier, whose space exploration game Aristocracy: Dangerous volition support native 4K output on Microsoft's latest panel.

However, as we've seen with other titles, including Rise of the Tomb Raider, players won't be limited to 4K here. Instead, Borderland is giving Xbox One X gamers the option to decide how they want to take reward of the console's extra power past choosing between "Performance" and "Quality" modes, every bit well as 1080p and 4K.

According to Frontier, the two options operate independently from one another. For the highest framerate, Frontier recommends going with the "Performance" fashion at 1080p. If you're more concerned with looks, yous can max things out with the "Quality" setting and 4K resolution options. This will give you a full 4K image with the highest quality avails, but at the price of framerate.

Xbox 1 X is set up to launch tomorrow, Nov 7, and the Elite: Unsafe patch is already live and ready to become.
